Role: Support the company’s manufacturing operations in waterjet profiling and CNC machining.

Are you ready to start or advance your career in engineering or manufacturing? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team. Our customers span various industries, from heavy engineering and aerospace to boat building and theatre, focusing on short runs of high-value items. With such diversity, no two weeks will be the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Support waterjet and CNC milling operations.
  • Load and unload materials.
  • Perform secondary operations on cut profiles (e.g., deburring, drilling, tapping, cleaning) using hand power tools and workshop machinery.
  • Pack and palletize orders for dispatch to customers.
  • Conduct equipment and workshop maintenance and servicing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • No prior qualifications or experience are required, though they are advantageous and may lead to quicker progression and a higher starting salary.
  • We value aptitude and enthusiasm.

Training:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided both on-site and off-site.
  • Where formal qualifications are required we will put you through the relevant courses
